The staff was very professional and well dressed. I enjoyed my stay there and felt that everyone was doing everything there to assist me in my stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to stay at a clean hotel with great service at a great rate.

We asked to be put in a non smoking room and the first thing you smelled when you walked in was cigarette smoke! We were scared to sit on the chair and you could see completely in and around the door. The fridge was about to fall over. The tub had a horrible leak. You could tell that the from was not cleaned properly. The only thing this place has going for it is the bed is comfortable.

Pretty sketchy place but the rooms are nice and so are housekeeping and it's cheap. Because of covid there's no breakfast. The room I was in you couldn't lock the bathroom door. There's long lines when you need service. The sheets had burned holes but other then that they were clean

NO STARS. I made reservations over 24 hours in advance. When I arrived at 4pm - check in time is 3pm, according to their website - I was forced to stand in the lobby listening to their vulgar, unprofessional laundry staff’s profanity filled complaint about their jobs. These “employees” were rude from the moment the doors opened. After waiting close to 30 minutes, I get to the counter, just to be told by the hotel manager that they don’t have the room I reserved. To be clear - my reservation showed up in her computer, they just didn’t reserve it. She offered no apologies - no explanations except that the hotel was apparently “sold out” the night before - which is highly unlikely considering the location - she didn’t offer to help the situation at all other than an offer to cancel my reservation which I gladly accepted. This is unforgivable. You shouldn’t allow ignorant sea cows to run your business.
