I selected my room over bookings.com. I selected a king size deluxe room. I realized when I was going to sleep I was in a Queen sized bed. No problem I’ll just ask for the price difference in the morning. The Manager Jennifer repeatedly insulted my intelligence. I own a king size bed and a California king size bed. It was not a king size bed in any form. She rushed me off the phone while having a horrendous attitude. To top it all off she gave me a fake corporate number. I stayed at this location looking for a different atmosphere. I will continue to stay at the Hampton (like I have 5 times this year) which is 3 minutes away. With much cleaner rooms and amazing customer service. Jennifer needs to work very hard on listening and customer service skill.

Had to check in for an overnight stay due to an emergency. The front desk clerk found me the best rate and got me to my room quickly, he even had a fresh baked cookie for all 3 of us! I work at night and needed some Z's before I clocked in and the room was perfect! With the black out curtains and comfortable bed, I was immediately off to dreamland. The building was clean throughout and you could smell the cleanliness on the bed linen and towels. The cleaning staff were professional and friendly! Outstanding hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a lady who was a night audit, named RITA HUGHES who was amazing!nIt was late at night in Feb. 2021, and we hit a pot hole on Highway. Flattened 2 right tires and wrecked 2 rims. We had 2 great fellas from REZULTS tow our car and us with our 2 small dogs to Rita's hotel.nShe got permission from her boss so we could spend the night with our fur children.nRita was an angel to us. Our accommodations were Excellent!nShe was so helpful to us in every way.nIf I had a business,nI'd want her working for me!!nKudos Rita.

First of all the inside and outside were clean and very pretty. The receptionist was SO SO nice and friendly and accommodating. Didn’t catch his name (was there on 4/3 around 6pm). The room is clean, tidy, and smelled nice. Can’t ask for much more, thank you!

Or favorite place to stay while visiting our daughter at Wake Forest. Very clean rooms, always. Warm welcome. Love the cookies! Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking.
