I had given up on Subway until this location reopened under new ownership. I've now visited several times and have been very satisfied with the quality of the food, the service and cleanliness of the indoor dining

This Subway is Ok. I have been here a few times. The first was great. The second, not so much. Sure, you get a FREE COOKIE!!! But ultimately you are paying for it by being jipped in other places. I got a footlong, and all footlong I have ever seen, the cheese is the length of the footlong. Not this time, three half slices scattered across the footlong. I got it toasted. Although, that was pointless because it wasn't warm at all. They also don't take coupons. Another way you are paying for the FREE COOKIE. My food just didn't take good this go around. Disappointed. The dining room ambassador is always nice.

I had a very good experience, the black girl in there with the red hair, is so polite, I think her name started with a B. She was very kind. I was hard at hearing and she made me feel like I was welcome and she is very neat on my sandwich ud83dudc4d

I recently ordered a Chipotle Chicken Melt with Guacamole from this location through the Subway website. I picked up the order and came home, only to discover than my sandwich had cheese, vegetables, and sauce... but no chicken or guacamole. I went back to the store and showed them the problem. They seemed confused, but apologized and remade my sub. I still had to guide them through what chicken was supposed to be used for that particular sub, and another customer in line at the time was also having difficulty getting his sandwich made to his preferences. All three staff members at the time were very unknowledgeable and seemed under-trained for basic operations. I would suggest this location do some additional training or re-training with their staff.
