I love the Italian subs and they never disappoint. This particular location is always on point and I have no complaints, except for maybe parking can be a little tight
I have worked in the restaurant business for 20 years and never complain. This place is the pits and I have no idea how anyone can rate it above it star. I have been here five times and the service is terrible. I asked for a cheesesteak with no banana peppers and the service attendant went off on me. While she was yelling at me for asking for no banana peppers her co-worker was going woot woot behind her jumping up and down like they were at the club. I took my business elsewhere. I don’t have time for these individuals to act like babies. It’s been like this every time I’ve been in there. Teenagers and young people acting like snots. And I’m not old so that speaks volumes. It’s a shame because I love Penn Station. Just not this one.

I’ve lived in kentucky/Indiana and this is 100% the best Penn station I’ve ever been to. The management is phenomenal and very outgoing. I do and will continue to frequent this location.
Great location and crew. One of the best subs I’ve had recently. Lots of thanks to Arthur and his team. Special shout out to the employee that held the door for me, I didn’t get your name but you saw I was struggling with a foot injury and helped without me even asking. This store has good food and good people. I’ll be back soon, thanks y’all!
