Last week i had a nail appointment with one of there nail ladys. The day after my design was coming off. i texted her and asked if she could fix it. Instead of saying im sorry ill fix it right away or when i can . she said i can put more top coat on.I asked her when i can come in. she said at 12:30. i said i cant can we do it at 3. she said i wont be in . So i said ok how about saterday. she said i wont be in town. You would think if your customers nail design was coming off she would like to take care of it right away . I felt unimportant to her as a client.Im sorry if this goes bad for the shop. I dont have nothing bad so say about the shop.IM not coming back to get my nails done anymore.She lost a client and my money.
