Won’t be coming back. Bought a month tanning pass at the end of October, thought that it was good for 30 days like EVERY other tanning place does it. Turns out I only had a week to use it because when I came back in Nov I was told October was over and I would need to purchase a new pass. It’s fine to run your business your way, but at least communicate to your customers. And to top it off they weren’t open on Saturdays and as late as their hours said they were. Embarrassing business if you ask me.
With all the craziness going on in today's world. I find that I can still relax and enjoy being pampered. They are following all the government mandated rules but I still feel that Stacey and her staff are ensuring that customers safety and enjoyment are their #1 priority.
Sadie does an excellent job cutting and styling my hair. Today, I was so pleased to find out that Identity Salon refills containers of shampoo, conditioner, and other products, thereby reducing plastic waste. And it is cheaper to bring back the containers to have them refilled, than to buy a new container of the product. As a person concerned about reducing plastic waste, I am so happy this service is available. Thank you, Identity Salon!
