They were incredibly efficient, friendly and accommodated my needs. My vehicle is running great and I don't have one complaint! Nothing but praise for Austin, Tyler, Josh and the rental team. When I am ready to buy my next vehicle, which hopefully will be a good long while, I will be back. Thank you all for a very efficient experience with great customer service!!

Went to look at a 2020 traverse yesterday because we needed a new family car. We were helped by Josh who was fantastic! He was very nice and helpful. He answered every question we asked and he didn’t pushing us into purchasing a vehicle which I LOVED! We were happy with the outcome and are looking forward to the future in our new ride! Thanks Modern Chevrolet , Josh, Andre and to all of the modern crew. If I could give more than a 5 star I definitely would!

There are some good people at this Modern Chevrolet location, and they have done me right in other visits. This last trip was for an oil change, which they did including a filter. Check! they informed me of the need for an air cleaner, which I agreed they would change, Check! They were very polite. Check! I left with a list of other items that they recommended needed attention.Check! I am not convinced they got this information from the multi-point check...they had one part replacement listed that had already been replaced last year by a different mechanic. I believe they just went down last years list, and whatever they did not show repaired, they just assumed it had not been repaired...they didn't really check. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the work they did, and the price. I will be going back for a transmission flush soon.

Everyone was friendly.nMonte was great. This was my second purchase from Monte. He does a great job. Monte made the purchase easy to understand and comfortable.nnThe service dept person, James, was awesome in explaining what was wrong with my pervious car and the expense which lead me to my purchase decision. He was honest.nnThe rental experience went smooth. They were very accommodating to my rental needs.nnLastly, the finance person also did an amazing job at explaining my different coverage options along with the prices.nnI am looking forward to bringing my car for service in the future.

Josh Doyle was the best and it is great care. Got a few things I did not realize it had. Good guy and I'm glad I chose Modern. Make sure you get that $50 to my Leslie, for steering towards you guys. Thank you again.
