It’s no McDonald’sud83eudd2c.It was my first time coming here and I waited in this long “ drive-through” for 2 hrs to be told to call in for my meds or go fill a form out inside. I got inside the building and was told to go back to the drive through to pick up even though I been there for 2hrs......this place is pointless. I get service better at the hospital and clinic faster then this.

My wife and I have been using this facility since it opened and occasionally there is a bit of a holdup. Keep in mind they are servicing the largest military installation in the US. We have never experienced some of the stuff I'm reading here. Hey, ya wanna walk in and right back out, go to a pharmacy on the economy and pay a co-pay, but I wouldn't count on the in and out thing.

Got there and asked me to fill out a form, then was told to wait in the car, they said the current wait time was 35 to 40 minutes! I waited for an hour, no call, then eventually after 2 hours waiting i had to come inside and asked them if its ready, and they said it was. Seriously? I had my 2 year old with me too!!!! I'm not coming back to this pharmacy and would never recommend to anyone. I also saw peoole complaining as well. just not cool!!! Not cool!!!!

I've called 3 times today to refill a prescription and this time I'm currently at 37 mins on hold which is on par with the last 2 times.

Its very convenient, nice people. Knowing that this Pharmacy services alot of people, it's to be expected to have to wait. Thank you for your service
