I came in a little after lunch time and when arrived there was only 3 other people in the shop with 3 chairs pretty good at the hair cuts but spent too long waiting and getting skipped over it is now 3 pm and I’ve been waiting a little over 2 hours and been getting skipped with other customers I tried to call and make an appointment and they do not answer the phone also they have a scheduling system that when you arrive you sign in and check in and never once seen any of the barbers check the sign in sheets to see who’s next I figure since I signed in it would be a first come first serve basis not at all wonder how long I will be waiting but like I said very good quality hair cuts customer service just isn’t what it should be if they fix this problem if definitely give a higher rating

Barbers are very respectful and kind. They take their time to get your hair right and to get too know you. Clean shop, clean environment and very welcoming for kids. Overall great vibes and would definitely come again.

3 Oct 20nWaited an 1hr after 2 customers ahead of me just so the barber can take another customer who supposedly had an appointment. And he tells me he about to close at 730pm. Next time have a mature business minded barber running the shop on Saturday evenings. Heard great things about the shop, just to experience this bs!! WOW!!

This is by far the best barbershop in the Fayetteville , Spring Lake area. I’ve been getting my haircut by gifted for the last 2 and a half years and is yet to be disappointed. Gifted makes you feel welcomed and at home. Will go out his way to make sure you have the best experience of his services. This shop is completely convenient for us military soldiers located right outside of Manchester, and Randolph Gates. Easy to make appointments from the website, and takes his time in the detail of your cut. I recommend this to shop to everyone who is looking for that quality experience and haircut. Got my mans gifted up!
