They have been SO good to me, always so personable and helpful! I highly recommend this Realo! They know me by name and treat me like family.

For the last 5 pickups, I never received a phone call or text letting me know my order was ready. Reporting this to them each time, they vowed to correct it. They have not. In addition, I often go to pick up, and only part of my order is ready thereby requiring a second trip. The employees at Carolina Colours are super nice, but the quality of service, for me, has dropped significantly since I started using them.

The staff is always cheerful and helpful, if they don't have what you need, they will try to get it for you or tell you where you might find it. The store is clean and wait time is minimal. Thank you!

One of your employees is absolutely the nicest person. She was so sweet to my son and I when we came in today. Best customer service in new Bern. Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind.

Feels like family! They always go out of their way to talk to my doctor and are very empathetic when I am unable to get my suboxone (my doctor is unreliable and constantly messes stuff up). Never had a problem with them, they're the best drug store. One woman who works there a lot is my favorite, she's so extremely sweet. I was overwhelmed and afraid of getting sick without my suboxone because my doctor forgot to call it in and I started crying over the phone (embarrassing I know) but she was very sweet and seemed to genuinely care and want to help. Little things like that are so amazing when you're frustrated and upset. She could have gotten frustrated or annoyed but she was patient and very sweet and made me feel better. I will continue going here for my medicine as long as I am able to. Thank you!
