INTEGRITY SERVICE!!! SPEAKS LOUD AND CLEAR!!!:)nI called Eastern Shore Carpet Care after I just had my carpets cleaned from another carpet cleaning company that did not successfully complete the job. I live on a farm with children and animals with heavily stained older beige carpet. This company before was three hours late so I had already wasted most of my afternoon waiting. It honestly looked like nothing was done, just went through the motions.. One room was completely dry after 30 minutes and no stains were shampooed and it was visible that the shampooer did not suck up any pet hair at all. I was so upset and started calling every carpet cleaning company within a 50 mile radius leaving messages as I needed my carpets shampooed correctly and ASAP. Richard from Eastern Shore Carpet Cleaning called me back later that same evening and said Aaron could come the next day. Richard was kind and understanding. I felt like I knew Richard my entire life just in the 7 minutes I talked to him. Aaron was professional and respectful. He was customer focused, service driven, knowledgeable and he cares about quality. He took his time and was at my house more than 45 minutes. The stained line of pet hair in the carpet that was still there from the company before was completely gone. The carpets looked 100 percent better, smelled better and fans were turned on to dry carpets. I saw Aaron stop and cleaned filters and ensure his machine was still adequately working. The area rugs were not done at my house. Aaron explained step by step on how they clean area rugs to perfection and take them back to shop. I can't wait to see my area rugs!!! I know without a doubt they will look brand new when they're finished. I recommend this company to everyone. They will get the job done and do it right the first time. The prices are more than reasonable! The company vehicle was nice and maintained. Everything about this company's service was top notch! I will use them every time now. These folks are WONDERFUL. They've cleaned my office carpet for years and also the office upholstery. Recently we had water damage to the carpet from a roof leak . When we came in the next day the office smelled horrific and I thought we might have to close until we could get the carpet replaced. Then I thought to call Richard. He came right away and knew just how to handle it. He said he'd be able to take care of the whole thing over the weekend and sure enough the smell and wet was almost gone the next day. I know it will be just a memory by Monday. He definitely puts the care in carpet care.
