They had us sit outside for a hour in the hot sun. Its been over a hour and stl haven't been seen. Won't let anyone in the cool building. I haven't ever had service this bad..

Great place never had to wait more than 15 mins with an appointment. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about waiting for 2 hours unless they are talking about the urgent Care part? Anyway great doctors and staff never had a problem. Very respectful and knowledgeable staff.

I have unfortunately had to visit a few times. I've never had an issue. Wait times were decent especially if you make an appointment and the staff is great.

We waited 2 an a half hours to watch others that came in after us go in an see doctor before us. I asked what the problem was an lady at front desk said they checked in online, but yet you can’t make appointments. If your child is sick an your need immediate care go somewhere else. To beat all we didn’t get out till after 8 an our script was for Walgreens so we didn’t even get medicine till next day because the doctor didn’t give us the prescription. Horrible place.
