Today was my first appointment. I came with the wrong paperwork and the office staff couldn't have been more understanding and more friendly. The doctor was so nice and explained everything so well. It was one of the best experiences I've had at the doctor. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

Great experience! The staff are very curious and personable. The PA was very detail oriented and made sure I was informed about each procedure he was performing before doing it.

The staff was wonderfulnI got lost trying to get thse and the person who answered the phone stayed on the phone talking in until I got there. Not many places that will do that l. The nurse and dr who took care of me were great. The made me feel relaxed while doing the procedure we even joked about how bad the procedure smelled.

Western Piedmont Dermatology is and has always been one of the best medical experiences that I have. The office staff is very congienial and easy to work with. John and Brooklyn are thoughtful, accommodating, efficient and professional. John's exams are thorough and the results are well communicated. I couldn't ask for much more.

Dr.Gantt is by far the best dermatologist I’ve seen, I’ve had a severe case of eczema since I was born, my daughters also born with this curse and although there may not be a cure. His consistency and knowledge about the skin condition gives me hope that my daughter won’t suffer when she hits my age. I have been to dermatologist, allergy specialist you name it but I promise you. You will not find anyone better ! Thank you to John and his staff for healing people like us that was scared to suffer for the rest of our lives. Now we have hope to maintain this crazy skin disorder. 100 out of 100 I recommend !
