Not sure who some of the reviews are talking about as I have had nothing but positive experiences to say about the office staff and physician here since I first started going in January of this year. Rarely have I had to wait to be seen past my appointment time (how often does that happen at medical offices?), the office staff have been nothing short of courteous and friendly, the attending physician has been wonderful in listening to my issues and sincerely helping me to improve my conditions.nWill continue being a patient here and feel good about going.

Since Dr J left them there is no doctor only an FNP and apparently this person has issues because they have rescheduled an apt for us 3 times . They missed a life threatening issue which was simple to check without any machine ...an extremely low heart rate. We had to go to the ER to get help Hope this place can get a doctor soon because your life is at risk if you rely on them

They really need to work on whoever is in charge of scheduling. Last time I called the lady said for me to hold on the phone, I was out on hold for over 45 minutes so I called back and it turns out they completely forgot about me. She then finally scheduled me in which took less than 2 minutes. Everytime I leave a voicemail they almost never get back to me. So if you are calling to schedule and get the automated system, do yourself a favor and just call back to get a real person on the line.

Polite and friendly. Good at getting appointments in a timely manner.

The medical doctor is never in or always on vacation. Getting refills on medication is almost near impossible.
