Parker’s karat patch is a gem of a jewelry store. This was recommended by a friend. They are quite friendly to begin with, gave me many great recommendations on my jewelry repair/update. Also, as important, they were very responsive to any of my requests quite quickly. Absolutely fantastic! Everyone there is so friendly. We brought in a wedding band and heirloom engagement ring to have soldered together. Unbeknownst to us, both the band and ring needed quite a bit of repair work in order to be worn safely. They took extra time to explain everything that needed to be done and did fantastic work. Thanks to them, my rings are now the perfect set and beyond gorgeous. We’ll be back for sure!
