Art of Oil

I’ve been getting my olive oil and vinegar from here for a couple of years. They are very accommodating and have wonderful customer service. It’s worth the drive and experience just to go in. Once you try it you won’t want to go back to the chain store olive oil

I must commend them on their outstanding customer service and due diligence to keep their customers and staff safe during these unprecedented times. A lot of thought went into the processes put in place to shop with confidence while in this quaint unique store. They require everyone to wear mask (THANK YOU!) Love the oils and vinegar which there is also a great selection of recipes to go with them. A trip to West Jefferson is not complete unless you visit this gem of a store. Thank you for a relaxing, comfortable and safe shopping experience-we'll be back soon!

Rude. Terrible customer experience.

Love this place! And Kim, the customer attendant, was great. I will be going back! No more chain store bought oils and vinegars for me!!!
