Ok so it's technically not Bills anymore. He sold to a new guy and that guy rocks. I took in my four little guys and I was the most pleased I have ever been. This guy really knows a guys haircut. My kids all had pictures of what they wanted and recreated perfectly. One of my boys wanted a cut that wasn't going to lay right because of his 10 million cowlicks in his hair. For the man to know that and help my boy with a cut he was still happy with made him a winner to me. Go before 4. He closes at 4
