Awful. A friend of mine recently passed away, and this funeral home said that the damage to his remains was so bad that they couldn’t properly embalm. The horrible part is they did nothing to cover the smell of decomposition. The casket had to remain inside the hearse for the services. You could absolutely smell decomposition even though the casket remained in the hearse, and the casket remained closed. I am aware that not every body can be embalmed, but there are preventative measures available, and encouraged in most reputable funeral homes, that contain and neutralize organic matter decomposition odor. I felt this entire situation was inhumane and disrespectful. I have never been more shocked, hurt, and appalled. This funeral home takes no pride or puts any care into their work. No one deserves to smell their loved one decomposing at a funeral.

A nightmare. They want your money and do not care about your lost. They didn't even clean my sons body. There was blood in his ear they didn't even bother with wipe out and glue all over his hair. He looked so much better in the emergency room. We bought him a botton up shirt to cover where his tracheotomy was. The embalmer put a white bandage that cover him all the way under his chin. A small bandaid would have covered it. When we wrote the funeral home about it. It turned out a apprentice did my son. The embalmer who was suppose to look over him and show him the correct way of doing things went home and never checked my son.. The apprentice did it all. But he didn't wash my sons body.
