Absolutely worst customer service. I wouldn’t even give them a star.nThey were very lazy about their work. Leaving harsh chemicals on my hands causing my skin to burn and peel. After confronting the owner he showed no remorse. Extremely way over priced as well. Complete waste of $70.00! I will never return and continue to warn others to go somewhere else!!nI wish I could post the pictures of my poor hands of what they did.ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude2dnnI asked what solutions y’all used, a couple days because it kept getting worse. The gentleman was on the phone , asked me what’s wrong when I tried to explain he then put his finger up telling me to hold on. That’s not good customer service. It’s rude. There was absolutely no remorse or taking in consideration of the client’s feelings. Especially a first time customer at your location who has never had that problem at any location ever. My hands never look like that or are ever dry because I take very good care of them.nSo I hope y’all do take this as a learning experience and never treat another person so rudely or you will end up loosing customers.
