Convenient location, the location is clean, easy to access. For the most part I enjoy going here to pick up things that I need such as groceries among other things.
Be great to see a new store in this plaza. Still great location for those near 190 and Hwy. 11.
The only reason I gave a 4, I met a friend in the store, well she called out to me and we talked for a few minutes. I went in just to buy some ginger and she wanted me to come to her house to get some. No customer service in produce and definitely none at the register. I spoke to my cashier 3 times and she said nothing to me. I noticed she was slump over the register, kept her heap down and kept taking deep breaths. I was going to speak with the manager but I didn't feel it was going to do any good because I didn't see the older management team just younger people. I never experienced that with a cashier but the customer service on the floor is 75% ok.
Old-fashioned appeal. Clean store and surroundings.
Rose's is a great family operated store with competitive prices. Great service!
