Amazing place to learn Standup (punches kicks) and no gi grappling(clinch, bjj sweeps, throws, takedowns, etc.)
Always have the best instructors that take the time to let you understand the move before moving on to something else. Will always tell everyone to show up and try it.
Gold Dragon MMA is amazing. Whether you are coming to compete, bring your child, have a hobby, or get in shape, they have a class for you. My husband trained here and held a title of 8-0 and won two title belts ranking him #1 in Mississippi and Louisiana at the time he was actively fighting . I also trained here and got in the best shape of my life while I did. My son loves the kids classes. The coaches made sure the was something for everyone in my family .
Gold Dragon mma has a great family atmosphere. The coaches are super motivated to help you learn. No matter your skill level from the beginner to the well versed. We have someone for you to work with.
