I love coming to this Planet Fitness! It’s always so clean!! All of the staff especially the manager Jasmine are always so welcoming, nice, and helpful! She was very patient with me when dealing with issues on my account, which I really appreciated. Will be recommending to my friends and family.
I love how friendly the staff is. I have been to another Planet Fitness and I never felt welcomed there. It felt like the staff could care less about working there or the people coming in to workout, so I was nervous about joining another one. All of the staff here has been super friendly and helpful. I also love how this gym isn't busy, so I never have to wait to use a machine. This Planet Fitness also has a very nice lay down tanning bed that I haven't seen at the other ones I have been to. I would highly recommend the Planet Fitness in Picayune, MS!
I normally love this location, but at the moment, the gym is supposed to be open on Sundays at 7 AM. It even says this on their phone recording. It’s well after 8 AM, and no one is there and the doors are locked. Several people were waiting outside to get in.nnIt’s hard to get up and work out early in the morning as it is, and it’s incredibly frustrating when you pay monthly for a membership you can’t use.
