Angelica and the entire team are amazing to work with. They know me when I pull up and go above and beyond for me. I am so happy we made the switch from big corporate pharmacies.
I was tired of continually being disappointed by walgreens and made the change. It was the right choice. Family drug Mart has been great. They know me when I call, and treat me like a customer they appreciate.
This place is a real dumpster fire. So many other pharmacies are much more nicer. The owner, Jose, hates the Saints too. Said Hurricane Katrina was the best thing that ever happened, and that Louisiana is the trashiest state, ever!
For last 11 yrs.I have brought every prescrptionI have had to family mart , they weren't always the cheapest but close enough . Called in for my refills , they had told me it would be a little over $120 , o.k., get there they jacked me up to over $230 ! They tried the old bait n switch , said they went to a different brand all the while I could see her holding the prescription I had been getting all along , spent a lot of money in that place over the yrs. They won't get another nickel from me !
The staff are extremely friendly and the service is quick. They also have difficult to find prescriptions that the larger pharmacies can't fill.
