Made us sit outside in the car for 30 minutes before checking us in. Once we were brought in, we went straight to a room and the nurse got all of my son’s symptoms and walked out. We waited another 2 hours before the doctor walked in, and stayed a mere 2 minutes. She ordered an X-ray, in which we waited another 30 minutes before the nurse ever came to do it. She said she thought we were gone, as long as we’d been there! Really? Another long wait for X-ray results and the doctor to review them. This has always been my go to place because we’re usually in and out... mind you there was one patient in the building before us! Never going back!

I brought my child there after being sent home with a sore throat in the thick of a Strep and Flu epidemic at school. We were seen very promptly, and were greeted by friendly, courteous staff. Mary did a great job getting us checked in and Mrs Allison was very nice and efficient. She did a thorough exam and tests to give us an accurate diagnosis. My little girl had a good experience, and I would feel very comfortable about referring friends and family to Hattiesburg Immediate Care clinic.

Although there is a wait (it's a walk in clinic and to be expected) the staff was very helpful. The CNP was amazing and very thorough.

The nurse practitioner was amazing. She listened to my breath sounds and said I had right lower lobe pneumonia. Then she ordered a xray. And I did have R. Lower pneumonia. I'm a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Her diagnostic skills are very good.

Arrived BEFORE opening and was standing by the door when they unlocked the deadbolt. I was the first person in the door and signed in. They took a patient before me and informed me it would be a twenty-minute wait for a simple TB skin test result. Expect them to pull patients out of order and expect to wait.
