the houses are nice, neighbors nice, management, maintnance , they dont fix anything.they cut grass if you complain sometimes.Manager is rude not business like ,nsteps, porches, fixtures dont get fixed. so if you want to live here be prepared.They dont call back, they do what they want, not what needed.only been here two years, no help.
where to begin. my friends mother lives there, she was worried about her mom, ever since she moved in she has had a terrible cough. I went there with her and the stink of mold when the door opened knocked me back a few feet. so i went to home depot and picked up a mold test kit. the pre-fab dump is 47% mold. 97% of the windows do not open and when you do get one open it doesn't stay up and here is the kicker folks, management does not inform you that this place was built on top of a landfill. I don't have the time to get into the electrical issues we found and all for the joy of spending $750.00 a month. The owners in Chicago should be ashamed to call themselves people.
