Love the improvements to the store and pricing seems to be very competitive to Chewy, so would be willing to stop in when I am in Slidell since I live in Picayune I come once or twice a week.

I have never had a negative experience. The selection seems pretty good. Staff tries their best, but sometimes lacking in knowledge of what they have or where it is. They try to be helpful. On one occasion the cashier directed me to a better deal (based on quantity I was seeking) on the same product. I was able to get what I needed for less than buying 2 of the smaller packs (significant overall savings). You may have to wander around quite a bit to find a specific section or item. Cashiers are friendly. I would take advantage of the curbside or online pickup system. You save a % I think it is 10% so that is a good thing. I prefer them over the other box pet store in town.
