There is nothing great about the service here. I have went multiple times giving the benefits of doubt. Some get great service cause the employees choose whom they want to service. If they look like they will spend a lot they get services quicker. I went in and literally was ignored. I was there to get a Mac and iPad and Ipencil and sat there for longer than thirty minutes. Not one employee came to speak to me. But customers after me got serviced as soon as they walked in. I asked the guy at the door what the problem was and was told that they had a wait for service. I put in a complaint and have not been back.

Express pickup is a joke. If apple is so concerned about their employees health they should keep the door open. 8 people standing in-line who had a pickup there is nothing express about this process. You would think apple would have people smart enough to make an efficient system, but is an epic failure.

Without a doubt the Chick-fil-A of phone stores. The customer service you receive is amazing. Everyone is nice, knowledgeable, and works hard to make sure you have a great experience.

Wonderful shop! The only bad part is that you have to have an appointment to get in. Beautiful store with great employees.
