Madison Park Apartments

Very friendly & helpful management staff! Katie, Sonni and the rest of the management staff care about their community and it shows. They are very easy to communicate with. I love how dog friendly these apartments are! My dogs love the dog park. Shortly after I moved in a year ago, the management changed and I was happy to see many improvements since including adding lights to the back parking lot, courtesy officer and updating the apartments with new appliances. Special shout out to Justin in maintenance for getting in contact with local law enforcement to help me with a safety concern. I have felt much safer here ever since, especially since police patrol the lot multiple times a night.

VERY unorganized and so unprofessional. They changed my move in date 3 times, they changed my apartment number nearly 4 times. Changing my apartment number was so inconvenient and annoying when it came to changing or updating my addresses several different times on everything. Maintenance is super slow too, you have to literally bug the people working in the office several different times to address an issue for them to actually act on it instead of sitting down in their desk doing nothing all day. Been needing my PO box key, they said they would have it done the next day and its been a day or two later and they said they are still working on it. They don't tell any details in specific and then get mad when you ask them a question about why you got charged for something even though it doesn't even say why on the notice. They tell you one thing and then tell you another. They are super last minute with everything, they called me literally a day before I was suppose to move in to tell me my move in date once AGAIN got pushed back. I just needed a place to move in ASAP as I am a recent graduate looking for a place to live like immediately, if I knew ahead of time they were going to cause extra problems for me I def would have found a better living situation than deal with these people and all the trouble I have had to deal with. I've had just way too many inconveniences here that I never experienced anywhere else and these inconveniences have caused me so many problem. Plan ahead and look for other apartments as I know it's hard to find something unavailable and you're left with terrible options but think twice or else you're just going to be left upset, irritated, and disappointed.

Absolutely love these apartments! It’s in a great place and the neighborhood is very quiet. On top of that the staff is very lovely and personable. I’m glad I choose to live here!

Love this place the new manager team are 5 start them self...I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a place to call home and likes to be treated like family! MILTON just want to say thank you for your help and hospitality and even the corporate staff that was there on hand has hand down some of the nicest people you can encounter nothing but positive vibes! ud83dudc4d
