Mavis Tires & Brakes

This Mavis location has earned my trust! I have had other car service locations tell me my car needs something that it didn't. But this Mavis goes the extra mile to explain and SHOW me why my car needs a certain repair. And it helps GREATLY that I was able to get their credit card with from 6mos to 12mos no interest on large expenses. They remember my name when I walk in. What else can I say to convince you. ( And I am not related to anyone here. Ha!)

Absolutley the place to go for your vehicles needs. From the time I made the appointment on line, the service call thanking me and looking forward to my appointment and the courtesy and professionalism to the moment you walk in to the facility. David and the team were very thorough, asked questions to understand what was needed, and went over options as well. While all I needed was a flat repair, they did as all business should...make me aware of other services they offer, asked if I needed oil change, look at the brakes since tire was off etc. When people are good at what they do and enjoy what they do...it shows and it comes across as caring and appreciating your business. This is what you can expect at Mavis in Madison, MS...and I can personally say this has been the same experience I had with Mavis locations from Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. Dechelle really came through for me for today. I told her I needed new tires and she made it happen in record time! I came in after 2pm, she ordered my tires, got them delivered from another location, and Dexter worked his magic after that. Keys were back in my hands by 6pm. Very professional and personable staff. I got to talk with the manager, Brad, while I was wrapping up paperwork. He was great to talk to as well. They exceeded my expectations and I am so pleased with the efficiency and ease of my experience.

Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and courteous. I ordered a tire and set an appointment over the phone. Mavis called to keep me updated on the status of the order and when it would arrive to their shop. The day of my appointment, they called to let me know I could come in earlier if I was interested. I kept my original appointment time and arrived to a clean, quiet, and comfortable store. Within 30 minutes of my arrival, the tire had been replaced and I was out the door. Not only was the price great, but the service was, too.

I stopped by the Madison store location. Brad and David were incredibly helpful and kind. Answered all of my questions patiently and went the extra mile to provide good service. Took good care of my car.nnWorked for several minutes trying to figure out if my key fob was dead or needed a new battery. Turns out it was dead.nnI feel as if I received excellent service and will be sure to return soon.
