First set of workouts as an official member today and I am HAPPY! I needed a way to get back in shape without having to spend HOURS at a traditional gym. 2-15 minute workouts at high infrared temperatures does the trick.

LOVE this place! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Starting a new work out can be intimidating, but they make it so exciting! You will sweat. No joke. Don't plan on a hot date immediately after working out since you will seriously earn the burn. Also love that you can come and go as you please as well for what fits your schedule. I'm hooked already!

The friends that work at hotworx are so positive and so helpful!!!! Everyone makes me feel right at home. The facility is always neat and clean and they are always quick to offer me help and assistance. Very professional! Love it!
