Disappointed and outraged ! The front billing office staff At the Madison location are completely Uneducated on insurance and billing. I had to personally call my Blue Cross insurance and put them on speakerphone myself to explain to them their on what should have been their job . They charged me over $150 On my credit card for a visit that had no copay and was in network . The older lady on the office staff is a joke who acts likes she running the office but clearly not . However Dr.McMurray is a great rheumatologist, he just needs some new staff .

This is an excellent clinic. Dr. McMurray is an extremely knowledgeable doctor who cares. In just one week, with treatment and medication, he was able to succesefully treat me and help me to walk again where several doctors were unable to do in the weeks preceding.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You might have to wait a month to get an appointment and when you show up, I usually wait an hour to be seen.

Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr McMurray and his PA are both caring and smart. They take the time to listen and explain.
