Stopped by on my way home from work to pick up one of my grandsons prescriptions that he takes regularly and have been filled at this location the month prior. It was 04:55 p.m. when I asked if they had a prescription ready. She grabbed it, brought it to the counter and said “that will be 52 dollars. I replied “with my insurance and Medicaid? She took it to the lady to her right and asked her, after about 5 minutes that lady took it to the pharmacist in the back to ask him some questions and another 10 minutes came back to the counter and told me they were looking for another brand because Medicaid wouldn’t pay for this brand and I would probably have to come back tomorrow and pick it up. I said, how can you prevent not knowing that I have a primary insurance and Medicaid so we don’t go through this again? I just got a prescription here for my grandson last month and had the same issue. To which she replied, the system isn’t fool proof and every time you need a prescription I should remind them that I have Medicaid as a secondary insurance. Do we not have the technology in this day and age for a computer system to store more than one insurance at a time? Now it goes from not billing both insurances to her telling me the doctor wrote no substitutions and I would either have to pay or go see the doctor to change the prescription. Needless to say I never picked up my grandsons prescription and waited there 50 minutes for them to tell me that. Too bad because it would be convenient to have a pharmacy in our own hometown.

The pharmacist, Nick, is literally the nicest and best pharmacist I have ever had! The pharmacy staff is always kind and helpful. Great place!

Dropped of a prescription there several days ago. Pain meds for cancer. Had called several times to check on it. Today my wife called and got screamed at by the tech. This is unacceptable !

Fantastic service! I drive 45 mins to pick up my prescriptions. They offer new ways to save me money on my prescriptions. Very friendly and fast service!!!

Worst customer service ever. My insurance changed and they refused to look up any of the new info. So I had a copay when I shouldn't have one. My suggestion is to use Holts pharmacy.
