Yoga class is perfect for older adults. Wonderful attitude of encouragement from instructor and classmates. Very reasonable price, too!
Black Eagle is the best it is the best school!! They offer kickbox aerobics and karate/hanmudo. You should go there it makes u lose weight and its fun and enjoyable give them a call right now.
