I was not happy with the wine and spirits Kroger store. The associate did not greet me when I walked in; did not offer help; I drink wine daily and know what I like; did not see it; he seemed so bored I did not bother to ask him. I will now only go to Kroger's neat the Paddock Shoppes; Christina is SO friendly and the minute I came into the store she was in the back stocking...but said hello and then came to help; she is wonderful....so sweet! I have been in retail sales over 40 years and know how I service customers...and appreciate the same courtesy in return! Margie Kubala
