Went into this store twice in the same day. No one spoke as we entered nor had the decency to ask if we needed help with anything (both times). The associates were talking amongst each other. To make matters worse, the young man who checked us out didn’t bother to ask if we found everything okay. I spoke up and said, “We found everything okay. Thanks for asking.” He didn’t even say thank you for shopping with us, have a good evening...just handed me the bag. It just so happened, the guy who was about to pull the gate down said something as we were walking out. I don’t care how young or old you are, if you work in retail or customer service (I’ve done both), you have to be engaged with customers. Not ask if they need help because it’s nearing closing time. I overheard an associate ask another customer and I found his tone to be displeasing. I could tell he was annoyed that people were still in the store even with 15 minutes until 7 pm. Please do better.
The staff was friendly, helpful a s valued my time.
