Management is terrible and does not cooperate or comply with company policy.
Me and my girlfriends came from Nashville for a day trip. I found the toms I had been looking for ON SALE and ended up leaving my toms in Louisville at another store in the mall and not realizing it until I got home at 11:30pm that night, the store I left them in kindly returned them to underground. Michael the manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my shoes got to me! I'm so pleased with their service! thank you guys for all your help!!
