DONT NOT MOVE HERE ! You have to call everyday for simple things to get fixed. It's ghetto! They charge you the Ridgland price for the West Jackson service and environment. You absolutely do not get what you pay for here. Yes, there's was a pandemic, but the pool and the gym is not even close to being open and I've been here for a year. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES! Total false advertisement.nI'm calling cooperate .....
They Will Not acknowledge your application after deposit been done. Rude staff tall lady asking you to wear a mask and she don't even wearing one.
Very unprofessional, they got my deposit & I kept calling to check on my application and no one has gotten back to me after being told many many times that they will call me back. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
Let me preface by saying the location of the apartment homes are absolutely amazing! Conveniently located to hospitals, grocery stores and eateries, close proximity to Walmart and Target; excellent location. Definitely a perk!nnHowever, as many reviewers stated, parking at the complex is absolutely terrible. If you’re not home by 430 be prepared to be double parked in the fire lane. Or see cars parked haphazardly anywhere. This is even more problematic as the there is only one vehicular entrance/exit into the complex so in case of emergency getting off the grounds would be absolute chaos! Not to mention that the complex is noted as a gated community but the gate has not worked since August ‘18 (when I moved in, possibly before). I wasn’t and still haven’t been issued a key fab or passcode for the gate which they continue to market to new renters but won’t take the time to fix.nnThe apartments are cheaply made. The original contractor who built the homes took poor measurements because the largest drawer in the kitchen doesn’t properly open because it’s blocked by the oven. Not to mention that within a month of moving in my refrigerator had to be placed because gnats were infesting my home. The carpet was so ran down and nasty looking, they hadn’t taken the time to shampoo yet alone even vacuum it. My shower had no shower head when I moved in, there were outlet covers in my dishwasher, broken blinds in my bedroom window, unpainted kitchen counters, mounds of dirt in the walkway etc. My first months rent had to be compensated because of all the foolishness that I endured. They also tried to remedy the situation by showing me two other available units, one which needed the hot water heater to be replaced and the second smelled like smoke because the neighboring unit had caught fire. The steps in my apartment are rickety; you can feel nails protruding from them as you walk.nnThere were initially roaches but after pest control coming twice and spraying haphazardly and then personally following up with bait and traps the disgusting pest have been very minimal.nnThe water bill, especially if you live alone seems a bit high but whatever. It’s most upsetting because the shower only stays hot for 7-8 minutes before you’re jumping from ice cubes.nnTrash is not picked up on time so it accumulates nastily and pet rent should be increased to encourage people to pick up after their pets. While I primarily fault the pet owners for being inconsiderate, grounds keeping just allows piles of animal feces to remain where it lays so watch your step!nnBe weary of miscommunication between administration. Always take names and dates of who you spoke with and what their responses were. While my first two months here were disappointing and frustrating, now that I’ve settled in and got into a routine for my first apartment it isn’t terrible but it definitely isn’t ideal for what I imagined.
Management is horrible. These are THE WORST apartments I’ve ever lived in, my stove has been broke since June it’s November , there are termites in my unit and nobody has came or said anything . They also be trying to embezzle you if you don’t pay attention. All types of bugs be in my unit but have you paying every month for pest control . I could go on and on . Just to sum it all up don’t move here .
