Nice store but I'm not sure what their target market is.

Ridiculously rude employees. We went in shortly before closing time and the employees did nothing but speak loudly about how they couldn’t believe customers were in the store so close to closing time. Well you don’t close until the time your suppose to close so do your job or do us all a favor and quit your job as I’m sure there are plenty of people in need of a job that will work until closing time with a smile.
I buy their jeans when on sale at $25. They do very well for my grand daughter(14 y/o) and she loves the hoodies. Good quality..
Customer service is sub par. Managers stand around discussing very unprofessional topics making it awkward to go in. And on top of that their treatment to employees is going to cause their turnover rate to sky rocket. Carly created a group chat in which she harasses the employees she doesn't like and creates unwritten rules about being professional that only apply to the associates. She stated 'she's not to be disrespected in her group chat' and that 'the rules she makes apply to associates and not the managers'. I'd dare her to refute this because the screenshots are don't fair well for her.
