I had experienced great staff and people who enjoyed their jobs and really worked in a manner where all lives matter.
The Nike Factory Store is much reasonable, than the Mall. I can get two pairs of Nike's. For the cost of one pair of Nike's in the Mall. I ❤ the Store. It makes me feel like a ud83cudf1fud83dudc51ud83cudf1f ‼ud83cudf1f❤ud83dude37
This store is absolutely terrible. The employees are rude, each one has a different explanation for company policies and its always a different story when it comes to pretty much everything. Tried to return a pair of shoes I bought online, was told i couldn't do it even though I returned a pair earlier this week. She was rude and dismissive and didnt even attempt to help me which reminded me why I usually drive out of my way to avoid this store at all costs. Nike' customer service is all around a joke, this employee was the epitome of a person who made me feel like she doesnt care and can't be bothered. Typical for Nike and this location for sure. Avoid at all costs.
Social distancing was not met. Employees shouldn't be wearing political slogans on masks. Should be neutral on political beliefs while in a professional setting. I will NOT spend a nickle on Nike merchandise. Too bad there isn't a zero star option.
