During covid they handled my transaction swiftly. I was expecting to wait hours like I did in the past with my newborn but this expierence was outstanding!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The lady I spoke to kept talking over me, would not listen to what I was saying. Her attitude was unprofessional. I said oh okay I get it now, thank you so much. She didn’t say anything, just hung up the phone.

I didn't like the fact that I was the next person in line and then all these people started getting in front of me because they had made appointments. The thing is they were in line behind me and when they made their appointments they got in front of me. I had been standing there for an hour because there are no chairs, and those people getting in front of me took an extra 30-45 minutes. Not to mention their printers started to mess up and that took an extra 10 minutes. I ended up having to make an appointment while I was in line so I could hurry and get out of there to make it to my doctor's appointment.

Good luck getting them to answer. I even callled soon after it opened so its not because there so busy. Really sorry when all I need is a 5 minute phone call.

Absolutely rude! They have an attitude when answering the phone. I kept getting “transferred” to a line that did nothing but ring. MS is my state of permanent residency, but we are stationed in another state due to the military. They refuse to work with spouses who are associated with the military! My license is not expired. I am just trying to get my name changed, but they kept saying they will not accept any documents via mail to do so. If you can avoid calling this branch, please do!
