I came here to get my account reinstated and the lady on duty at 10:45 on Monday, March 15th was so very nice. I did not get her name but hopefully her managers will give her a raise!!! She had great customer service and helped me and my friend get our black card memberships up and running. We love this location!
The entire experience is welcoming and conducive to workout out in a judgment free zone! Love the options of machines, room and equipment offered for a dynamic workout! Workout paradise! Not to mention the hydro massage beds for post recovery! Can't beat it for the price either! A+++
It's very nice. Can be Crowded at peak times. Staff doesn't walk the floor as much as my home PF or others. I thought they may have been busy.
Everyone is so friendly and professional. They go the extra mile to make sure the facility is extra safe for COVID. Love it here!
The gym itself is always so clean and tidy and all the equipment functions normally so no worries about things being out of order, but the real superstar of this location (Ridgeland MS) is by far the staff. Super nice. Friendly. Welcoming. Coming in every day is like coming to see your friends too. They support a great atmosphere of non-judgement but go above that and create genuine support for your goals as the standard. Great place to work out!
