wish i could give this company negative stars, the employees there are very rude and unprofessional. The only communication is when we call them and the answer is always No. Especially from Lee Parker and Sheryl Offutt. Backstory, my Dad has oil on his land that was been retrieved by this company and my Dad has been deceased since Jan 2, 2019 and this Company sent heir-ship paperwork in February, which we have completed with all the requirements needed and they have all the paperwork needed to issue heir funds. But unfortunately, they refuse to honor the paperwork or submit payment to our family because they a personal vandetta against my family and I'm not sure why. They even saying legal documents signed by a Judge is incorrect, really. Please help me understand.
It really sad for a business to have unprofessional, rude and liar to work for them and to withdraw business transactions just because they are be vindicated. Lee Parker and Cheryl Offutt are 2 of the most unprofessional people I have had the displeasure of talking with. We been dealing with this since my dad death in January and yet have been informed of what they are needing. Please someone in the he company need to do equites training with them. It makes me wonder what they are hiding or who else they are doing this too. I have filed all legal documents and they have had in since February so we need help or the company need to help them to treat customers with respect or at least not to yell and hung up the phone in people face. Ugggh just pitiful.
