Nice, friendly staff. Good area. Clean bathrooms and reasonable prices inside. Well stocked shelves. 4 stars only bc they let ppl park wherever and it blocks others in their spot sometimes.
Under staffed bad service and parking lot needs fixed. I guess when u have a captive client base u don't have to worry about good service. I'll be going to the loves for now on at least they are always fully staffed instead of long lines.
I don't understand why pilot keeps any of its stores open they are completely nasty rude people and most all of them them key pads at pumps don't work. Drug addicts and lot lizards on property music blasting in stores it really discusses me to have to go in any of especially around Memphis, hammond is at the top of the list for disgusting
Always get fuel for my personal vehicles here. Conoco/Phillips has the best gasoline in my opinion. Working in the oilfield for 5 years and being a oil hauler they bought the best quality oil to refine.
No toilet paper , no soap , no coffee and no Creamer. Untelling what else ain't stocked. Employees were clocking out leaving the nice young lady to catch it all up. It was bs.
