Bad customer service and it takes months to get a refund back. They seem so unconcerned about getting any work done and hate answering phones. I keep getting checks when I request direct deposit refunds as an example of their lack of concern. Update, I had to file some paperwork for my business and they sent a correspondence saying it was the wrong paperwork. I had mailed the paperwork a few days earlier, they were like just disregard the notice. This is what happens when people keep getting their friends and family hired to just get a check instead of doing their job well.. I really wish we could give zero stars

The customer service is HORRIBLE! This is why machines are taking over now. The lady that I spoke with over the phone was seriously trying to belittle me. I don’t do dealings with demons.

In ALL honesty, I believe the MS Dept of Revenue does not take the necessary steps to screen and or train their staff. The staff customer service here is HORRIBLE... I work in customer service and I LOVE what I do.. It's so evident that the people whom work here are only there to collect a check and lack any type of customer service skills whatsoever. TRAGIC.. Based off of the MANY negative review,I'm sure this review will be just swept under the rug as well.. This company would benefit from screening applicants prior to hiring them.. If you don't want to work.. Stay you A___ at home...

Clinton office experience - Unprofessional, lack social skills, not knowledgeable of their job and nonchalant. If a patron comes in with a payment stub and ID there is absolutely NO GOOD REASON they should have to yell their social security number out in public so you can hear it over their mask and your plexiglass petition for others to hear!

VERY RUDE as many others have stated. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. They act like it is bothering them when you ask a legitimate question. With regard to a personal income tax refund, every time I call I get a different story on why have not received the refund.
