Dr. Reeves is a doctor who wants to make sure you are ok after leaving her. After performing her medical duties on her patients, she always ensures to inform her patients of her findings and always provide them (us), of better care for ourselves. She wants us to do better with our livelihood of dealing with G.I. Nonetheless, she always check on her patients post procedures, either personally or her staff will make contact. Her staff is the greatest too. They make preparation for procedures easy and comfortable. Five Stars!

I truly had a very pleasant experience with my colonoscopy. Dr. Reeves thoroughly explained the procedure and followed up after it was completed. She was very compassionate and answered all my questions. The nurses, staff and the environment was professional, caring, organized, knowledgeable and clean. I highly recommend these services to anyone that needs them. Excellent care received, Thank-You!!!

Very thankful for Dr. Ripple and the entire team. Such wonderful, kind and supportive staff. Joanie, Suzette and Allison are clinically outstanding. The staff works collaboratively and their follow through is a real example to medical professionals. Thankful for all they do.

I had a great experience at GI Associates. The staff was great and took great care of my needs. They checked on me after I went home to make sure everything was going good and that there were no problems from my procedure. They have the best staff.

Extremely nice staff. Explained everything that was going to take place before each step of the way. Made sure I understood and always asked if I had any questions. Made sure that I was comfortable, warm or cool enough. First time getting an Iv and it did not bruise me. I don’t remember falling asleep and woke up very easily.
