Dr. Robertson is a great pediatrician. She’s the best I have taken my child to yet! She is a great listener and is never in a rush to move on to the next patient, which is very rare these days. Friendly, courteous, and concerned. Plus, I love the great books that she provides to the little ones to take home. Friendly staff. Great nurses. Clean facility. Convenient location.nnTwo downfalls: The wait time to get called to go to the back is usually close to an hour (or longer) and an additional 30+ minutes to see the doctor once you are in the exam room. This is very inconvenient, as many parents want to get in and out. Second thing: They close early on Fridays (noon). I had to see another pediatrician twice because of this.nnThese two downfalls are the reasons I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Still, I would highly recommend her! She’s awesome! Loving spirit! Cares about children.

They called 45 minutes before my son’s appointment to tell me that he couldn’t get his shots stating tht their wasn’t a provider there and that it’s for his safety like he was sick or something

She is a great doctor. She has always gone above and beyond for my children. Busy office and sometimes it can be a long wait, but that is because she is taking her time to give each person her best care.

She's so professional, smart, loving and caring. She knows her profession and loves what she does, wouldn't trade her for no other pediatrician ever.
