They are Friendly,curtious and treat you like Family.nOpen and Calm atmosphere.nPatient and caring and super helpful especially if you are in a Manuel wheelchair and have problems with your hands or are just weak and need a good push.lm2

I have gone to this clinic for years & love Kelly Sosa. The girl that answers the phone is rude & so is the lady at the front desk. I went today & saw NP Lomax for the first time. I really liked her & her nurse. They were both awesome. They were both very friendly & thorough. After not getting a text from my pharmacy that my RX was ready I called them & was told they didn’t have one for me. It had been two hrs. I called the clinic & they said they would call it in that the nurse was still working on my chart. Still no text from pharmacy an hr later so I called them again & no RX had been sent from clinic. I called the clinic again & they said they would call it in there was some sort of error. The clinic closed & never sent my RX to the pharmacy. So I’m really sick & I have no medicine to take. Will go in person tomorrow to the clinic to see what the breakdown is. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with this clinic. Not good!!

I went to see doctor Pilkington here at this clinic. I was prescribed some pills for athletes foot. After a few days of taking them I realized that they made me nauseous. I called the clinic on a Tuesday to see if the could change it to a cream and I was told a nurse would call me back. Here it is Friday and I’ve called everyday and have been given the same response everyday. Terrible that my insurance paid hundreds of dollars for a 30 min visit and I still have to schedule a appointment with another doctor just to get what I need. I will never go back to this clinic
