Hinds County Tax Collectors

Does anyone answers the phone? Got rude service yesterday and now no one answer the phone. I guess the young man hates his job.

Like Who works up there I wish we can upload pics... cause for the pass week I’ve been calling like 20x day and still calling haven’t received a call yet... like do you guys work? It’s working hours u chill at home... people need help put yourself in these people shoes.

The operator hung up on me twice, when I tried calling back 3 more times didn’t receive answer.

As visits to the tax collector go, this could not have been more pleasant. All three ladies that helped us (mainly Keisha in the end) were exceedingly kind and helpful. They can't help the tax rates in Hinds County or the terrible roads, but they did a great job of making the process as painless as possible. Thanks!
