The size of the gym makes it extremely easy to spread out and socially distance. I enjoy the customer service I get from just about all the employees. I also love the Glute workout machine. That's not in all the gyms. Please don't get rid of it.
The staff is always available.
The wife decided she wanted to get a little more exercise than just walking the dogs. Bad thing was she wasn’t sure what her medical issues would allow her to do. She heard about the no commitment deal so decided to give it a shot. After a couple months realizing it wasn’t going to work, so she cancelled. Now several months later she is still getting charged the monthly fee. The gym may be good but there customer service is atrocious. She has called them in the past and they said they would refund what they withdrew (which they did) but then they keep charging us the next month. I do believe it is time to report them for fraud!
Planet Fitness in Clinton is a very safe environment to workout, the staff is always courteous and very helpful.
