Purchased a Daniel Cremeiux bow tie for $40 for thanksgiving Nov 22. When I got home I tied it three times to get the knot/look right. By the time I was wearing it the edges of the neck, leaf, most of the spread and the strap were completely frayed. When I tried returning Nov 29, two cashiers refused to accept my email/electronic receipt as proof of purchase and accused me of roughing up/repeatedly wearing the tie. They refused a refund or exchange.nnCustomer service was terrible and condescending. Louisville has too many department stores, tailors, and boutiques where one can waste $40 on a tie and at the least get dissatisfactory service with a smile and less snobbish attitude.
